Kapiʻolani Community College STEM Program invites you to talk story with civil defence for nuclear explosions specialist on Thursday April 19, 2018 at 3 PM in Koki’o 202 (STEM Center).

Three panelist from various agencies and institutions, who specialize in Hawaii’s emergency preparedness will be available to discuss topics relating to Nuclear Disaster preparation. Main discussion will reflect on the recent false ballistic missile warning attack. Join the conversation!

Kapiʻolani Community College STEM Program invites you to S.U.R.F with us at the Student Undergraduate Research Fair (S.U.R.F) starting on Monday, April 30th to Wednesday May 2nd at `Ōhi`a Cafeteria from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  

This three day event is a showcase of the undergraduate research projects of our very own Kapiʻolani Community College students. Join us for a diverse display of research, presented by students from the following disciplines and programs: STEM, Project ʻOlonā, Communications, English, Sleep Science and Social Sciences. Pupus and refreshments are provided. ʻIke Wai Internship Pāʻina – Tuesday, March 20th @ 10am-11am

The Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Program and UH Mānoaʻs SOEST Program will be hosting Pāʻina with ʻIke Wai Undergraduate Scholars Program on Tuesday, March 20th in the STEM Center, Kokiʻo 202 from 10am-11am. There will be free food provided at this event. 

Dr. Barb Bruno and Kuʻi Keliʻipuleole (former KapCC STEM student) will be presenting. Bring a laptop (or rent one from the Stem Center) to engage in the Interview Tips & Tricks portion of the event.
