At the STEM Program, we are always looking to collect more information from students to help grow the program. Below is a link to a very short student survey. The survey is only about 10 questions long and should take no more than a couple of minutes. The information we gain through the surveys will be used to help the STEM Program in many ways:
- The positive comments we receive can be used to recruit more students, promote the program, and validate the effectiveness of program to funders and partners.
- The negative feedback can be used to make changes and improve the program. In many ways, students are in the best position to critique the program. Having gone through the program themselves, students are able to quickly and accurately point out the strengths and weaknesses of the program. This type of information is absolutely critical when trying to improve and grow.
- The email and other contact information we receive through the survey will help us to keep track of former STEM students and their successes. Again, student success stories are a great way to validate the effectiveness of the STEM Program and will help the program to receive continued funding. The contact information will also allow us to pass on STEM related opportunities, such as job openings and internships, to former students. (All contact information provided through the survey will remain confidential. The contact info will be used strictly by the STEM Program for tracking purposes only. Your email address and other contact information will not be shared with others.)
If you are a current or former STEM student, we encourage you to fill out the form below. Any feedback you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
